Rozov jumped from Mount Everest at 7,220 meters. A man named Valery Rozov from Russia tried to set a world record as the person doing the highest jump on Mount Everest . But this extreme action has not been confirmed by Guinness World Records .

Rozov jumped from Mount Everest at an altitude of 7,220 meter point above sea level . This brave action performed on May 5 60 years ago to commemorate the conquest of Mount Everest . As reported by the Huffington Post , in addition to 48-year -old man , the same action also been carried out by Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay in 1953 ago .

In this jump , Rozov reach speeds of over 120 mph for more than a minute before he landed at an altitude of 5,950 meters above sea level .

According to the website of the Guinness World Record currently listed for highest altitude at 6605 meters is done by someone who jumps from Mount Meru in India in 2006 .
